Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your SÄQ official pieces! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 8 days of receipt for a refund. (see non-returnable items)

How to Return an Item:

  1. Request a Return: Email us at thesaqofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason of the return.
  2. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we’ll send you the shipping instructions.
  3. Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain fragile items cannot be returned:

  • Pottery and Ceramic 
  • Sales Items

Damages or Issues:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 8 days at thesaqofficial@gmail.com  with a photo of the damage. We’ll assist you with a replacement or replacement. (Please make sure to read the Non-Refundable Items)

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order:

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible, as we typically ship within 1-5 business days. 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges or reimbursements at any time after the item was shipped or delivered.
